The Range.
Taldon organises its nutritionist guidance into four structured programme tracks. Each covers a distinct dimension of diet and nutrition: from foundational healthy eating habits through to sport and fitness integration and gut-friendly food preparation. All tracks are available as standalone engagements or combined.
Everyday Nutrition Framework
Covers the foundational structure of daily food choices: macronutrient balance across three meals, portion control calibration, and the practical mechanics of building food habits that persist through variable weekly schedules. Suitable for individuals new to structured nutritionist guidance.
- Portion control & meal sizing calibration
- Vegetables and fruits daily integration
- Whole foods sourcing and preparation basics
- Weekly meal planning template, documented
Weight Management Protocol
A structured approach to weight management through balanced meals and sustainable habit formation rather than restriction. Focuses on energy composition, micronutrient balance, and the behavioural mechanics of consistent food choices over extended periods.
- Energy composition mapping per daily routine
- Micronutrient balance across a 7-day cycle
- Sustainable food choice structure, not restriction
- Progress documentation & cycle review
Sport & Active Lifestyle Nutrition
Designed for individuals with regular sport and fitness commitments. Covers timing of balanced meals around training schedules, the role of whole foods in supporting an active lifestyle, and practical meal planning that adapts to variable training loads without disrupting everyday nutrition.
- Training-schedule meal timing framework
- Active lifestyle carbohydrate & protein calibration
- Whole foods preparation for recovery days
- Variable load meal planning templates
Gut-Friendly & Seasonal Cooking
Focuses on seasonal cooking using gut-friendly recipes and the real food approach. The programme maps ingredient sourcing to seasonal availability, documents preparation methods that preserve nutritional composition, and builds repeatable cooking structures into the weekly routine.
- Seasonal ingredient sourcing calendar
- Gut-friendly recipe bank, documented by preparation method
- Mindful eating practice integration
- Fermentation and preservation basics
Intake Assessment
Current food patterns are recorded across a 7-day observation window. No changes are made at this stage.
Programme Design
A structured plan is drafted based on the intake record. Balanced meals, portion control targets, and a meal planning schedule are set.
Active Sessions
Sessions run fortnightly or weekly. Each covers a specific area of the programme: mindful eating practices, seasonal cooking, or gut-friendly recipe construction.
Review & Archive
A closing review documents outcomes and updates the building food habits record. All session notes are archived by date.
Intake enquiries are processed Monday–Friday. Response within one working day.
Begin EnquiryTaldon programmes constitute structured nutritionist guidance on diet and nutrition, healthy eating habits, and everyday nutrition. They are not a substitute for professional wellness consultation on specific health conditions. We recommend speaking with a qualified wellness or nutrition professional before introducing any significant change to your daily routine, particularly if you have specific dietary requirements.
